With their broad scope and variety, these games are highly playable and will give you and your date dozens of hours of entertainment.
Destiny
Another visual stunner is Destiny. It’s a first-person shooter that you can play with your date; but that’s just the beginning. The sprawling, sci-fi storyline takes you through an entire solar system, thousands of years in the future, after Earth’s Gold Age in civilization in space has collapsed. As Guardians of the last safe haven of humanity, you and your date explore, battle, and discover mysteries and treasures long forgotten. Your date will enjoy creating a personalized character and seeing the incredible cities and worlds unfold on your TV screen.
Disney Infinity 3.0 Edition
This one requires some up-front investment, especially if you want to have a big cast of characters that you can play; but if your potential significant other is a Disney fan, this is a must-have for date night. Not interested in the princesses or Mickey and friends? No problem! Try out Disney Infinity 3.0’s Star Wars play packs and figures, which open up whole new worlds and demonstrate the best points of the game.
Minecraft
Maybe your date has never heard of Minecraft, but if you can get her to play it just once, she’ll be hooked. It’s all about building, crafting, and creating, with some suspense thrown in. Any creative person, girl or guy, is sure to have a soft spot for the PS4 after playing Minecraft on it.
Dying Light
Is your date a zombie fanatic? Join forces to survive the zombie takeover as you run, climb, and leap through a ravaged landscape. There’s plenty of fighting and scavenging to do as you explore. Who knows? Working together as a team in the game just might lead to a closer relationship in real life! Just be sure that your date can handle the gore— and the terror.
