It’s arguably the best party game on the PS4 right now, perfect for gamers with kids or significant others who can’t (or won’t) play FIFA or Call of Duty with them. Incredibly easy to learn and have a good time with, Just Dance 2016 is a huge step up from its predecessors in many ways. So, if you haven’t played a Just Dance title yet, you’re probably wondering what the game is all about. Inspired by games like DDR and Guitar Hero, Just Dance displays a series of dance moves on screen and uses either the PlayStation Camera or (new…

With Just Dance 2016 now available, we thought it was only right to also review last year’s offering too. So let’s get started. It’s arguably the best party game on the PS4 right now, perfect for gamers with kids or significant others who can’t (or won’t) play FIFA or Call of Duty with them. Incredibly easy to learn and have a good time with, Just Dance only requires that you have the PlayStation Camera to get started. So, if you haven’t played a Just Dance title yet, you’re probably wondering what the game is all about. Inspired by games like…
We know that there are a plethora of good games coming to the PS4 during the rest of 2015 and all through 2016, but what’s next for PlayStation gamers? Will we see new titles be announced a few months before release like Fallout 4, or will we have to wait years to actually get to play them, like games in the GTA series? There’s no telling, but the following 8 games are my best guesses for what could be coming next. The Last of Us 2 Developer Naughty Dog is putting the finishing touches on Uncharted 4 right now, but…
Assassin’s Creed: Unity was widely regarded as one of the worst games in the franchise, which was disappointing since it came directly after Black Flag, which is considered by many to be the one of the best. Syndicate, the latest Assassin’s Creed game, is Ubisoft’s apology, bringing the series back to a better place and adding a lot of new content and features that are sure to please fans. Still, control issues and virtually no difficulty are once again a problem that will be sure to turn off those who had problems with many of these titles in the past.…
This collection provides you with three things: the single player packages for Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves and Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception. If you’re familiar with them from your PS3 playing days then you should know that all three games have been upgraded to run at 1080p and 60fps and there’s better all-round lighting and textures. There is now also a Photo Mode together with new trophies. Apart from that, however, there’s nothing particularly new here so if you’re familiar with the series you may feel that you’re simply going to wait until next year for the next…
It’s easy to sum up this game: if you remember that the Decepticons are baddies, the Autobots are the goodies and you need to smash up anything bad that comes your way you should be well on your way. The Decepticons want to turn Earth into Cybertron 2, the brutes. This is Transformers in its simplest, most popular format – Generation 1 and so is likely to appeal most to those who still consider themselves 80s kids-at-heart. Easy to sum up, then, but can it offer anything of any interest to any but the die-hardest of Transformers fans? Did Platinum…
Picture a time way back when: Stock, Aitken and Waterman were bigger than Simon Cowell is today – I know, imagine! Perms were cool whether you were male or female and the biggest concerns regarding privacy still involved neighbours and heights of hedges. Yes, 1988 was in many ways a different world altogether. Still, although it was the year Rick Astley unleased Never Gonna Give You Up, it was also the year in which we were gifted Rainman, Die Hard, and, on the gaming front, the original Wasteland. Thank heavens for small mercies, eh? What a long time it has…

There is a wide array of gaming choices for men out there but often playing these titles over and over again can become a lonely experience. Spending hours in your gaming den each evening may leave you a little isolated but thankfully there are plenty of multiplayer options that will help you play online and even chat live with friends no matter where they are. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Any sequel to a top selling action game is always a highly anticipated affair, leaving developers pressured into upping the stakes and gaming companies ready to welcome an influx…

The ‘Tales of…’ series will be familiar to many of you and so perhaps needs little introduction. This particular incarnation, the Tales of Zestiria has literally opened itself up to new concepts, and has gone open world. There’s plenty to keep the excitement levels, well, fairly high, including magic, knights and dragons and the fate of the happy ending lies in the hands of a chap called Sorey. Sorey is a curious young buck who bravely takes on the task of being the Shepherd, the one who it was prophesied would become the saviour of all. All? Well done young…
