Recent preview images suggest that the upcoming Star Wars Battlefront 2 will have content for PlayStation VR, potentially even at launch. That mission had players piloting the iconic X-Wing in a battle against TIE Fighters and a Star Destroyer and was one of the most impressive VR experiences on the PS4 to date. We don’t yet know what sort of VR content Dice have planned for the sequel, but here’s some suggestions for some experiences we think…

The world of simulated racing has always been a rather inclusive one. Household names have been made of incredibly accurately portrayed Forza Motorsport and Gran Turismo beginning in the late 90’s. Many have tried and failed to live up to the expectations set by these very talented developers. One company has tried and succeeded again and again, even getting their start by adopting a popular franchise and producing a very well received product with, “Need for Speed: Shift” and its sequel, “Shift 2: Unleashed.” Slightly Mad Studios, an independent developer, founded in January 2008, in London, England got their start…

Everyone hates it when a game crashes.  Not only does it interrupt whatever you were doing but chances are good that unless autosave just kicked in that you lost a good chunk of time (and maybe even some epic loot.) The error mostly occurs with buggy games that haven’t been properly optimized.  In other words, it is more likely to happen with indie games than AAA titles. That said, it can happen to anyone with any game. The error is mainly due to corrupt data but…

Toukiden 2 is a gory, terrifying, fantastical mess of opportunity and active gameplay. The action role-play adventure, a sequel to the demon-hunting game Toukiden: The Age of Demons, has fully embraced its Japanese mythological references. It’s even thrown in a few European mythological elements to boot. Just released in Europe on the PS4, Vita and PC, Toukiden 2’s release comes just off the back of similarly themed and inspired Nioh, which received largely positive reviews. This overlap with the European release could be its demise or it could boost the game into the potential it has already shown. Toukiden 2…

To a lot of people in the whole PC vs Console debate, there is no question: PC reigns supreme, after the PS4, of course. They say it has better hardware, more customization, more games, and things like that. And to be frank, for as much in the console camp as I am, they’re right to a certain degree. A good gaming rig is superior to just about anything we’ve ever seen from consoles within certain areas, and even when a new console does a great job and is super powerful, such as the PS4 Pro, the PC ends up pulling…

I remember the first time I heard about the Mass Effect series. I was hanging out with a buddy of mine after church and we were headed to the local Walmart (apparently, my memory is vivid of all those years back) to get some food and such, so we could hang out and play games and such.
